What is the difference between a live video call and a recorded walkthrough?
A Live Video Call allows you to join in real time during the viewing and ask questions. A Recorded Walkthrough is filmed during the viewing and delivered to you afterward with written notes.
What do you check during a rental viewing?
We focus on renter-relevant factors including layout and space, natural light, noise levels, street activity, ventilation, visible damp indicators (non-technical), and general condition.
Is this a licensed building inspection?
No. RentalViewer provides a practical, non-technical assessment for renters. If you require a formal building inspection report, you should hire a qualified inspector.

How quickly will I receive the video and notes?

How do payments work?
